Wes Higgins has over 20-years of payroll and HR experience. He has worked for two national payroll companies (ADP and Ceridian) focusing on the needs of companies with less than 5,000 employees. He has earned multiple sales awards and Presidents clubs at these companies including the number 1 new business sales rep. in the country. His experience has led him to understand the business needs of many organizations regardless of company size or industry. Also, having management experience for a small company, he understands the focus needed to succeed in today’s business environment. His current position is President and co-founder of Checkmate Small Business Solutions Inc.
